Use headphones and turn off the speakers when you record
Make sure only one person is recorded at a time.
Noisy (hissy, crackly or "pop" sounds)
Check your microphone is plugged in properly.

Try to not use a built-in microphone or webcam mike.

Check your mike is switched on

* Look for your computer's microphone setting in the computer's Sound Control Panel.
If your voice sounds wrong:

If your recorded voice sounds wrong:
First, make sure the background music is not getting into the microphone when you record. Click HERE for more info.
